NN has announced strong financial results for the first half of 2024, achieving a gross profit of nearly 61 million lei and making substantial payouts exceeding 575 million lei to its clients. This represents a significant increase of almost 30% compared to the same period last year, underscoring the company’s robust financial performance and its commitment to fulfilling its obligations.

In the life and health insurance segment, NN Asigurări de Viață disbursed over 303 million lei to policyholders, with approximately 45% of these payments related to health-related claims. The home insurance sector also saw substantial payouts, with more than 22 million lei paid out, more than doubling the amount compared to the first half of 2023.

NN’s gross written premiums reached 562 million lei, reflecting a 12% increase year-on-year. Additionally, the company’s managed financial assets surpassed the 5 billion lei mark for the first time, showing a 10% growth.
