Iulian Ciobotaru Takes Over CTP Romania’s Construction Operations
CTP is strengthening its team in Romania by appointing Iulian Ciobotaru as Construction Director. In his new role, he will coordinate the company’s construction activities nationwide, including the delivery of new projects and expansions within CTP’s portfolio.
The appointment comes as the company continues its development plans in Romania, where it has a portfolio of more than 3 million sq m of industrial and logistics space.
More Than 15 Years of Experience in Construction and Real Estate
Iulian Ciobotaru joined CTP in June 2025 and has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. His professional background includes roles such as construction engineer, site manager, Technical Director, Senior Project Manager and Regional Director.
A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, Ciobotaru has experience in project development, construction management, technical coordination and asset management.
CTP Has More Than 200,000 sq m Under Construction
As Construction Director, Iulian Ciobotaru will coordinate the teams and partners involved in construction projects and oversee compliance with CTP’s quality and sustainability standards.
The company currently has more than 200,000 sq m of industrial and logistics space under construction and is preparing new developments both in Bucharest and in major regional cities.
The appointment of Iulian Ciobotaru at CTP thus marks the strengthening of the management structure responsible for project development and supporting the expansion of the company’s portfolio on the local market.
