CTP has leased nearly 10,000 square meters of warehouse space to Chorus Research Engineering Distribution, a Romanian provider of electrical solutions for energy technologies and automation. The space is located in CTPark Bucharest North, one of the major logistics developments in northern Bucharest.

The new facility will support the expansion of Chorus, a company providing products, engineering services and technical support for the renewable energy, energy transition and industrial automation sectors.

The choice of CTPark Bucharest North was driven by its location, access to transport infrastructure and the possibility of long-term expansion.

Space Tailored to Logistics Operations

CTP customized the space to meet the company’s operational requirements. The adaptations include a dedicated area for the storage of ADR goods, intended for products classified as dangerous goods.

The solution enables Chorus to manage its logistics operations safely and respond to growing demand in the renewable energy and energy storage sectors.

The transaction was brokered by Activ Property Services.
