SARMIS Capital has announced a major acquisition in Romania’s facility management sector, acquiring AEK Security, AEK Firefighters, and Deziclean. This strategic move solidifies its position as the largest player in the country’s integrated facility management market. The newly expanded entity now manages services across more than 15 million square meters of building space, generating an annual turnover exceeding €80 million.

This acquisition follows SARMIS Capital’s partnership with BMF GRUP, which continues to lead the Romanian market with its extensive range of services. The combined expertise of the newly formed group benefits from nearly 4,000 skilled employees, offering multi-technical and multi-service solutions to a growing portfolio of clients in diverse industries.
