CTP Delivers a Built-to-Suit Facility for Frigonet Logistics

CTP has delivered nearly 3,000 sq m of temperature-controlled warehouse space at CTPark Bucharest South, developed in accordance with Frigonet Logistics’ operational requirements. The company has signed a long-term lease agreement and will use the new facility to expand its operations dedicated to refrigerated and frozen food products.

The project was developed as a built-to-suit solution, with infrastructure tailored to cold-chain logistics activities.

Storage at Temperatures Down to -20°C

The new facility includes a frozen products area operated at -20°C, as well as a temperature-controlled buffer zone maintained between 0°C and 4°C. The facility is also equipped with refrigeration systems and the infrastructure required for handling and storing temperature-sensitive products.

Frigonet Logistics provides temperature-controlled storage and handling services, nationwide distribution of refrigerated and frozen products, picking and cross-docking services.

CTPark Bucharest South Has Nearly 140,000 sq m of Built Space

The choice of the industrial park was supported by its connectivity to Bucharest and the country’s main regional centers, enabling the optimization of distribution routes.

CTPark Bucharest South comprises nearly 140,000 sq m of built space across an area of approximately 37 hectares. Currently, just under 50,000 sq m are available for lease.

At the beginning of 2026, CTP delivered a 54,000 sq m building at the park, expanding the logistics space available to companies interested in this area of Bucharest.

The investment for Frigonet Logistics also highlights the demand for temperature-controlled warehouse space tailored to specialized logistics operations.
