Supertree reported a 100% occupancy rate for private offices in the first half of 2026. At the same time, the company is seeing growing demand from entrepreneurs, independent professionals and early-stage businesses.

Each space features visual separation, acoustic panels, a worktop, ergonomic chair, dedicated lighting, power outlets, LAN connectivity and secure storage.
