2Performant, the Romanian technology company and developer of BusinessLeague.com, is strengthening its management structure by appointing Ana Opriță as Deputy CEO, bringing in Mihaela Bourceanu as Chief Operations Officer, and promoting Bogdan Achim to Chief Technology Officer. The move signals the company’s transition to a new phase of development and organizational maturity.

According to CEO Dorin Boerescu, the refreshed leadership structure reflects the company’s need for greater efficiency and strategic alignment as it prepares for internal growth and external expansion. At the core of this transformation stands Ana Opriță, who steps into the role of Deputy CEO after four years as CTO.

Opriță is recognized for her contribution to product development and the evolution of the technology team, in an industry shaped by rapid digital shifts. With a strong IT background, she plans to drive the company forward through performance-focused execution, clarity and strategic consistency. She will concentrate on building a robust team supported by strategic recruitment, organizational culture and scalable technological infrastructure.

The position of CTO is now held by Bogdan Achim, who has been with the company since 2022 and has played a significant role in advancing product development and supporting the maturation of technical processes.
