Olympian Parks appoints Ana Dumitrache as CEO, targets 500,000 m² logistics portfolio

Olympian Parks, the industrial and logistics parks platform owned by Helios Phoenix, has appointed Ana Dumitrache as CEO, effective November 1, 2025. Her primary objective is to strengthen the company’s market position and lead its expansion toward a 500,000 square meter portfolio in the coming years.

With over 25 years of experience in Romania’s logistics and industrial real estate sector, Dumitrache will oversee all operations and pursue both organic growth and acquisition opportunities. The strategy will be backed by a mix of funding sources, including bank financing, private equity, and institutional investors.

Helios Phoenix, the parent group, is regarded as the most liquid developer in its segment in Romania, having developed, leased, and sold over 750,000 m² GLA, with transaction volumes exceeding EUR 300 million.

Currently, Olympian Parks operates four sites in Romania: Bucharest North (Otopeni), Cluj Bontida, Oradea, and central Constanța—all in premium locations and with tenant waiting lists. Plans for 2026 include doubling the current portfolio, with ongoing expansions in Bucharest and upcoming developments in Constanța, Cluj, and Iași.

All Olympian Parks buildings are in various stages of BREEAM certification, with a minimum “Very Good” rating, reflecting the group’s ongoing commitment to quality and sustainability.

“Our ambitious growth target is realistic given the market’s potential. I am excited to invest my energy and experience in expanding Olympian’s portfolio and delivering tailored solutions to our clients,” said Ana Dumitrache.
