Teilor Holding reports RON 297 million revenue and RON 23.3 million normalized net profit in H1 2025

In the first half of 2025, Teilor Holding reported consolidated revenues of RON 297.4 million, up 37% compared to H1 2024. EBITDA rose by 70% to RON 46.8 million, while normalized net profit jumped by 620% to RON 23.3 million.

The TEILOR luxury jewelry chain generated RON 157.2 million in revenue, a 24% increase. Normalized EBITDA rose by 33% and normalized net profit reached RON 10 million, up 345% from the previous year. Results were adjusted to exclude the impact of exiting Czech, Polish, and Hungarian markets. On a consolidated basis, TEILOR recorded RON 183.5 million in revenues and a net profit of RON 6.4 million, compared to a loss of RON 6.5 million in H1 2024.

The lending company Invest Intermed GF IFN delivered RON 94.2 million in revenues (+41%), with a net profit of RON 16 million and a 71% increase in EBITDA. Teilor Invest Exchange, specialized in currency exchange and money transfer, reported RON 11.7 million in revenue (+18%), but net profit declined by 49% to RON 342 thousand due to increased operational costs.

Invest Intermed Gold, focused on gold jewelry sales, posted RON 9.7 million in revenue (+113%) and a net profit of RON 535 thousand (+285%). At the end of June 2025, the MoneyGold network comprised 126 branches in Romania, with 7 new units opened in the first half of the year.
