MedLife has opened the largest multidisciplinary clinic in Argeș County, following an investment of EUR 3.1 million. The new hyperclinic covers 1,500 square metres and offers integrated services including consultations, diagnostics, imaging, and day hospitalization.

The facility includes 21 consultation rooms, 13 day-hospital beds, and an in-house medical analysis laboratory. Imaging services include MRI, CT, mammography with tomosynthesis, radiology, ultrasound, and DEXA. A minor procedures room equipped with CO2 laser enables minimally invasive interventions.

For the first time in the region, patients also have access to advanced cardiac imaging such as cardio-CT and cardio-MRI. The clinic offers over 20 medical specialties including neurology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, oncology, and endocrinology. Some services are already covered through public health insurance contracts.

The medical team includes 80 doctors and 30 nurses and support staff from Pitești, Bucharest, and Craiova. MedLife plans to expand its team by attracting specialists in underrepresented areas such as interventional neurosurgery.

The clinic had an immediate impact on the local community: over 800 patients were treated in July, nearly 1,300 in August, and around 500 in the first week of September. With planned service expansion, monthly capacity is expected to exceed 5,000 patients.
