
VEKA Romania Strengthens Management Team to Boost Local Market Presence

VEKA Romania, the local subsidiary of global PVC profile leader VEKA Group, has announced significant enhancements in its management team to optimize internal operations and support the company’s growth in the local market.
As part of this initiative, VEKA Romania has appointed two new Deputy General Managers to take over the company’s operational responsibilities. Roxana Rîmbu, with extensive financial experience and 22 years at VEKA Romania, has been named Chief Financial Officer. “It is an honor to assume this position, and I am determined to ensure the company’s evolution together with the team. My primary mission will be to optimize and improve internal processes to streamline all aspects related to finance, legal, IT, human resources, and logistics,” stated Roxana Rîmbu.
Additionally, Gyula Takacs, who has vast experience in sales and has overseen national sales in Romania and Hungary for the past 13 years, has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer. He will continue to manage operations and be responsible for sales, marketing, technical consulting, and order processing. “I am excited to accept this new challenge at VEKA Romania and contribute to the company’s development and growth. In my new role, I will focus on strengthening our partner network and enhancing the company’s local presence. Our strategy will continue to emphasize constant investments in high-quality production, ongoing innovations, and the continuous development of our partner network,” said Gyula Takacs.
These leadership changes follow the retirement of Gabriel Nicolaescu after 16 years with VEKA Romania as Deputy General Manager. Throughout his career, Nicolaescu implemented efficient structures and fostered a work environment conducive to employee development.
VEKA Romania offers Class A PVC profile systems for thermal insulation joinery with a lifespan of over 50 years. These systems ensure efficient thermal insulation, reducing resource consumption for heating or cooling spaces. All PVC profile systems are environmentally friendly, being recyclable up to 10 times.
