May 26th, 2022 represented a milestone in the history of the Hellenic Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce, celebrating the physical coming back of the Greek community after more than 2 years with pandemic and restrictions.

The Spring Gala, that took place in the garden of Loft Diplomat, a premium location in Bucharest, brought together more than 200 members, for good quality networking, awards, relaxing music and refreshing beverages.

Three important moments marked the evening and made it special for the guests, celebrating entrepreneurship, professional collaborations and cultural values.

More exactly, continuing the tradition, a business recognition for the Best Company-Member based on financial results in 2021has been awarded to Mr.Vasilis Chrelias, CEO of Diamedix Diagnostica. The analysis for the selection has been done by the company member Deloitte Romania.

Education and Greek language are core values of Hellenism, and they couldn’t be omitted in this special evening. In this respect, Ms. Anthousa Mechanetzidou, the President of the Parents Association of the Greek School “Athena” has been awarded for her outstanding contribution and performance for promoting the school and its importance for the Greeks living in Bucharest.

Last but not least, a touching moment of the Gala was the recognition of the flowless collaboration between the Chamber and Ms. Andy Liakopoulou a dear colleague and an amazing partner from the Economic Office of the Greek Embassy to Romania.
