On the 9th of December 2023, HUGO BOSS, one of the world leaders in the premium and luxury fashion segment, opened its first location outside the Capital in the Palas Iași mixed-use complex and its fourth store in Romania.

The German fashion group is present in the Palas Iași complex with BOSS, one of the two exclusive brands it owns. The store spans on more than 200 sqm and caters to a male customer base. The BOSS brand is noted for its high quality, sustainability and design standards of their apparel.

This year was particularly dynamic for Palas, and the fact that leading international retailers have chosen our project to open flagship stores for the first time in the region further confirms the attractiveness and performance of the mixed-use complex in downtown Iași. HUGO BOSS focuses on the development and retailing of premium fashion and accessories for men and women. The company owns two strong brands, with different target audiences, to cater to the public: BOSS and HUGO. The headquarters are in Metzingen (Germany), and the company operates in 100-plus countries around the globe.

Opened in 2012, Palas Iași is the first mixed-use project developed in Romania, following an investment upwards of 320 million Euro by IULIUS Company. Located in downtown Iași, Palas includes: 270-plus stores, seven class-A office buildings (75,600 sqm), an events center, a 4* hotel, themed restaurants and coffee shops, a park spanning on 50,000 sqm, carousel, seasonal skating rink and other leisure facilities, as well as the largest underground parking facility in Romania accommodating 2,500-plus parking places.
