V7 Capital Investment Holding, which specializes in supporting and developing Romanian startups and businesses, announces the expansion of its management team with the addition of Eduard Burghelia.

After selling the financial analysis platform Confidas, the entrepreneur joins the investment holding as a Venture Partner, bringing valuable expertise in entrepreneurship and successful business scaling.

“We recruited Eduard to join the V7 team based on his profound understanding of the Romanian startup and business landscape, coupled with his familiarity with our strategic approach. In his new role, Eduard Burghelia (26 years old) will lead the identification of promising startups and businesses for V7 Capital’s investments, fostering the expansion of the company’s portfolio. Additionally, he will offer strategic expertise and support to the existing portfolio, assisting those companies in unlocking their full potential for development and innovation.

At the age of 21, in December 2018, Eduard Burghelia launched Confidas, a financial analysis platform for companies. The business successfully attracted investments from various sources, including V7 Capital and GapMinder. Last year, Eduard sold the platform with 20,000 users to Termene.ro, a company with a similar business focus.

With this team expansion, V7 Capital is poised to elevate its influence in the Romanian business landscape, solidifying its standing as one of the leading investment holdings in the country.
