Adina Pădurariu, the new Director of the Adjud AAC plant, stated: “Taking on this role is both an honor and a responsibility that I embrace with enthusiasm. I firmly believe that the success of a plant is based on collaboration, innovation, and respect for the team. Together, we will build a sustainable and high-performing future, with openness and engagement toward the community.”

Cornel Banu, Industrial Director of Holcim România, highlighted Pădurariu’s leadership skills and commitment to employee safety, stating: “Adina is a highly experienced professional who has demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and expertise in quality and production. She is also a leader who genuinely cares for people and prioritizes the safety and well-being of our employees, making her the ideal choice for this role.”
