Alfa Group has completed the acquisition of the IRIDE Business Park from CPI Group, marking a significant expansion in its real estate portfolio. The deal includes not only office spaces but also logistics facilities, essential for enhancing Alfa Group’s future operations. This acquisition strengthens the company’s presence in Bucharest’s real estate market, particularly in office and residential development.
