Hranipex leases 3,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest South to expand operations

The Czech supplier of edgebanding, adhesives, and furniture industry products is relocating and expanding its activities in Romania, choosing a modern and flexible space in a strategic industrial park.

CTP, the largest industrial and logistics property developer and operator in Europe by leasable area, announces the lease of nearly 3,000 sqm to Hranipex in CTPark Bucharest South. The new space will be used for storage and distribution of furniture components and accessories, supporting both existing clients and further growth in the Romanian market.

Hranipex’s decision highlights the park’s advantages: fast delivery, excellent visibility, modern infrastructure, and operational flexibility. The industrial park is directly connected to the Bucharest Ring Road (A0), providing easy access to the capital and the main national transport corridors.

Cristina Manea, Business Developer at CTP Romania, emphasizes that this relocation confirms the park’s reliability and the support it provides to local and international companies in expanding their operations. CTPark Bucharest South also offers available spaces starting from 2,500 sqm, ideal for companies looking to grow in the Bucharest metropolitan area.
