Accor raises EBITDA outlook after €1.37 billion revenue in Q3 2025

Accor reported revenues of €1.369 billion in the third quarter of 2025, representing a 3.1% increase at constant exchange rates compared to the same period in 2024. Following this performance, the French hospitality group raised its recurring EBITDA forecast to a range between 11% and 12%.

This result comes despite a decline of 1.1% at constant exchange rates in the Premium, Midscale & Economy division. The Luxury & Lifestyle segment showed modest growth of 0.2% under similar conditions.

Between July and September 2025, Accor opened 77 hotels, adding 11,200 new rooms. Over the past year, the group’s network expanded by 2.5%. By the end of September, Accor operated 5,760 hotels with a total of 859,830 rooms. Its development pipeline includes more than 250,000 rooms across 1,453 projects in planning or under construction.

“The group continued to grow and expand its network in the third quarter of 2025. This performance demonstrates the attractiveness of our brands and the diversity of our geographical footprint,” said Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Accor. He added that the group’s profit protection measures proved effective in a mixed macroeconomic environment, allowing for an upward revision of the EBITDA outlook.

Accor maintains a disciplined operational and financial strategy while continuing to activate new value-creation levers.
