In 2025, classical music shines brighter than ever! We celebrate 200 years since the birth of Johann Strauss II, 150 years since the birth of Maurice Ravel, and 150 years since the passing of Georges Bizet, while also marking 70 years since the passing of the great Romanian composer and musician, George Enescu.
What better way to honor these musical geniuses than with a grand concert under the patronage of the Embassy of Italy in Bucharest?
We invite you on June 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Romanian Athenaeum, to experience the magic of "A Midsummer Night’s Dream", alongside the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Constantin Grigore. This evening will be a tribute to the world’s greatest composers, in a spectacular musical celebration dedicated to opera and symphony.
